DEPOSITS:

• $300 Refundable Security Deposit for 1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom Units
• $325 Refundable Security Deposit for 3 Bedroom Units

Fees:

• $40 Non-Refundable Application Fee
• $300 Non-Refundable Redecoration/Administration Fee for 1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom Units*
• $325 Non-Refundable Redecoration/Administration Fee for 3 Bedroom Units*

*$40 of the above fees are applied to the administration fee. The remaining balance is used towards the housekeeping, carpet/tile cleaning and general repair when the tenant moves out.

PET DEPOSIT:

• There is a one time $250 Non-Refundable Pet Deposit

covered Parking:

• Covered Parking is available for a fee of $40 per month
